黄晓明发声明否认操控股票

近日，证监会的一张18亿罚单将黄晓明推上了舆论的风口浪尖。在罚单中被证监会提及的名为“黄某明”的个人账户，被确认为正是黄晓明。

根据证监会披露的消息，高勇利用14个证券个人账户及2个信托计划账户，以连续封涨停的方式抬高“精华制药”股价，之后迅速反向卖出，蓄意操纵市场，最后获利高达近9亿元。因此证监会决定，没收高勇违法所得的8.97亿元，并处以等额罚款。

本周三，黄晓明发长微博澄清，没有参与任何股票操控，是理财不谨慎。黄晓明解释称，股票账户开立后由母亲代为管理，后来母亲将账户委托给路某代为理财，路某介绍转委托给高勇管理，高勇账户组所从事涉案交易，由高勇决策。自己与母亲没有参与操控股票。

17日，证监会回应黄晓明是否涉及高勇案时表示，黄晓明未被列为此案违法嫌疑人当事人。证监会继续秉持依法全面从严的基本原则，如果发现还有他人涉嫌参与本案操纵市场的行为，一经查实严惩不贷。

On Wednesday Chinese actor Huang Xiaoming denied his involvement in a stock manipulation case involving more than 897 million yuan (130 million U.S. dollars).

On July 3, the China Security Regulatory Commission (CSRC) published an administrative penalty decision on its website, announcing that it had imposed a fine of about 1.8 billion yuan against Gao Yong, who was suspected of illegally inflating stock prices. The investigation into the securities fraud found that one of the 16 trading accounts used by Gao to manipulate stock prices belonged to Huang Xiaoming.

The CSRC said that Huang's mother gave Gao permission to use an account that was in Huang's name. The actor met with CSRC inspectors during their investigation, with one CSRC inspector telling news agency eeo.com.cn "Existing evidence does not prove whether Huang is involved in, or aware of, the stock manipulation, so he will not be held accountable."

In an announcement on Sina Weibo, Huang Xiaoming said that his mother managed the account in question, and that he had no knowledge of Gao, the suspect in the fraud investigation. He also publicly apologized for his "incautious" financial management.

霉霉演唱会谈及骚扰案胜诉一周年

本周二，霉霉在自己的巡演舞台上十分动情地提到了去年8月的一起诉讼，她表示，“就是这一天，陪审团支持了我，他们相信我”。霉霉谈及的这场诉讼去年曾引发了诸多关注，她指控前电台DJ大卫•穆勒在2013年的一次见面会中借机对她动手动脚。此前，穆勒声称无辜，还表示由于霉霉当时告诉经理自己骚扰了她，害其丢了工作，并于2015年将霉霉等人告上了法庭，霉霉随后反诉其人身攻击，并索赔1美元，最终胜诉。

在周二的巡演中，霉霉谈及自己想到了那些没有被人信任和那些因为怕别人不相信而不敢发声的人，她表示自己对这样的人感到遗憾，因为不知道自己如果说出发生的事却没人相信，自己的生活会变成什么样。

Taylor Swift is marking the one-year anniversary of her court victory in an assault case.

The singer was on stage in Tampa as part of her Reputation Tour on Tuesday when she became emotional discussing the trial that concluded in August 2017.

"A year ago I was not playing in a stadium in Tampa, I was in a courtroom in Denver, Colorado. This is the day the jury sided in my favor and said that they believed me."

Swift accused radio host David Mueller of groping her during a meet-and-greet event in June 2013. Mueller sued Swift, her mother, and radio promotions director Frank Bell in 2015 after he was fired from his radio job as a result.

Swift filed a countersuit aginst Mueller for assault and battery and won. He was required to pay $1 in damages to Swift.

"I guess I just think about all the people that weren't believed and the people who haven't been believed, and the people who are afraid to speak up because they think they won't be believed," Swift said on stage. "I just wanted to say I'm sorry to anyone who ever wasn't believed, because I don't know what turn my life would have taken if somebody didn't believe me when I said something had happened to me."

Disney unveiled the first image from its much-anticipated live-action Mulan film, showing Liu Yifei, also known as Crystal Liu, in the starring role.

In the photo, the actress wears a red robe and strikes a fierce pose with a sword in hand. Fans noted that the actress’ pose resembles one struck by the character in the animated version’s climactic final battle. 

Production has started on the remake of the 1998 animated film and will take place in China and New Zealand.

Finding an actress to play Mulan, a young woman who disguises herself as a man in order to stop her father from joining the military, involved interviewing nearly 1,000 candidates across five candidates for the role.
