Freedom, enthusiasm, openness and bravery are at the heart of Ecuadorian culture. In terms of childhood education, Ecuadorians also have much to share!

不少中国年轻爸妈私信萌小当，体验过前几场来自法国和德国等国家的育儿交流后，大家对厄瓜多尔的育儿经验也很有兴趣！

Many Chinese parents have told us that after sharing parental experience with families from France and Germany, they also had high expectations for the Ecuadorian event.

这不，上个周末，超过五百组家庭来到萝岗万达广场，体验“厄瓜多尔式”教育与“中国式”教育的不同！确认过眼神，这是萌小当看过的最热闹的亲子运动会~

Last weekend, over five hundred families participated in Let’s Play Together at Luogan Wanda Plaza, for a glimpse of the difference between Chinese and Ecuadorian parental methods. Undoubtedly, it has been a wonderful event.

厄瓜多尔驻广州总领事馆强势助阵

Support from the Republic of Ecuador Consulate General in Guangzhou

本场复赛为“厄瓜多尔专场”，“国际范儿”的《萌娃当道》肯定少不了“大咖”的支持！

This semi-final is devised with an Ecuadorian theme. The support from various Consulates and chambers of commerce is one of the important elements that endow Let’s Play Together with an international meaning. Here, we expressed great gratitude to the Republic of Ecuador Consulate General in Guangzhou which made this event possible.

我们特邀厄瓜多尔驻广州总领事馆参与了本次活动，而厄瓜多尔驻广州总领事阿尔瓦罗·加西亚先生也在百忙之中接受了《萌娃当道》的专访！

We are honored to have invited Mr. Alvaro Garcia, Consul General of the Republic of Ecuador in Guangzhou, to join an exclusive interview and to discuss the meaning of Let’s Play Together in terms of cultural exchange.

谈到对《萌娃》的看法，阿尔瓦罗·加西亚先生认为：《萌娃》拉近了不同国家家庭之间的关系，让我们互相了解双方国家看待生活的不同观点及文化观念。这也是我们本场复赛的亮点之一：厄瓜多尔式”教育与“中国式”教育的碰撞，产生出意想不到的火花~

Mr. Alvaro Garcia believed that the event strengthened the relationship between families in different countries, and promoted views and concepts of life in different cultures. This was also one of the highlights of the event: Ecuadorian way of education and Chinese one had an opportunity to communicate with each other, creating an unexpected spark.

在意比赛的结果，倒不如享受比赛的过程。

阿尔瓦罗·加西亚先生更想向和我们传达“厄瓜多尔式”的教育理念：享受和孩子在一起的欢乐与欢笑，让我们一起玩耍吧！

Enjoy yourself in the activity rather than focus yourself on the outcome. Mr. Alvaro Garcia wanted to convey the Ecuadorian educational philosophy, that is, to have fun and enjoy the laughter with children.

“The Tank”, in which the father accompanied the child to explore the unknown, witnessed many precious moments that showed the value of company between parents and children.

萌宝或许比父母想象中需要的更少，也许一次陪伴，就能成为萌宝最好的礼物。

What the baby need, sometimes, is just company. Every company is an unforgettable memory.

看到萌宝勇往直前的身子，萌小当捏了一把汗。不过，我们的萌宝似乎对我们比赛感到十分雀跃！

We were rather worried about those little “warriors”, thinking that they might be upset with obstacles. However, the event of Let’s Play Together was always full of surprises.

而让萌小当惊讶的是，在得到爸爸妈妈的鼓励后，他们表现得更出色了！萌宝能取得优异成绩，背后有什么秘诀吗？

What astonished us most, was that the encouragement from parents seemed to “fuel” the child instantly - they tended to perform better. What exactly contributes to their better performance?

育儿老师告诉我们：面对充满精力的萌宝，家长也同样应该保持热情，予以积极的回应。

A childcare expert gave an answer: to cultivate the child’s personality, parents should also maintain enthusiasm and react positively.

精彩瞬间 Highlights

爬行赛中，萌宝用坚定的眼神告诉观众，个子小也能拥有巨大的能量！

In “The Crawling”, many little participants were showing their great energy and resolution with a determined look in their eyes.

爸爸妈妈在终点处向萌宝招手，观众呐喊助威。

Parents were waving their hands at the baby, with the audience cheering.

萌宝站在蹦蹦床上，握紧妈妈的手，蓄势待发。萌小当觉得，这气场，很强！

“I am standing here, jumping by my mother’s side!” Getting well-prepared! We can feel a strong aura.

小宇宙爆发吧，我是祖国的希望！

Let my universe explode, and I will be the shining star!

抛球游戏中，萌宝用力朝爸爸的球框丢球。没想到，球居然跑了？不怕，萌娃能hold住。保持姿态，帅气地再抛一个！

Round 1, the child was trying to throw the ball into the basket, but failed to put it at a right angle. Round 2, he managed to do it with an impressive posture.

萌宝在海洋池里，给动物找食物。撸起袖子，二话不说就是干。没错，萌娃启动挖掘模式啦，这可是一场智慧与速度的决战。

To find the right targets in the ball pits, our little participants were using everything at their disposal. This is a “fight” for wits and speed.

萌宝拿到食物后，兴奋地递给爸爸，简直萌化了！费了九牛二虎之力，总算找对了！

“Finally I got it!” After making great efforts, he was excited to show his capacity to his daddy.

Something to notice

《萌娃当道》不仅提倡让爸妈了解了更多育儿经，更希望父母给予萌宝多点陪伴、多点热情。能陪伴萌宝一起成长，这是爸爸妈妈眼里最幸福的事情了。享受赛事过程中为家庭们带来的欢笑，结果或许就并不那么重要了。

Let’s Play Together not only encourages parents to understand more about parenting, but also hopes to remind parents that companionship and enthusiasm are vitally important in childhood education. Being able to accompany the child and witness their growth may be the happiest thing and a true bless for many parents. Once we truly enjoy the laughter brought to the family during the event, victory may not be so important.

萌小当还要提醒各位家长，虽然比赛很激烈，但是大家一定要看管好自己的萌宝哦！

We also want to remind the participants that the competition process requires your close attention to your child. Do take good care of them!

《萌娃当道》第六场复赛英国场将于11月24号到25号在白云万达举行，萌小当期待看见更多爸爸妈妈和萌宝哦！
