Learning & Development Coordinator
培训及发展部协调员
Job Title:L&D Coordinator
Location:The Peninsula Shanghai
Reports to (Title):Director of Learning and Development
Job Purpose:
Responsible for execution of all learning and development administrative tasks and maintain a smooth operation of the Learning and Development Department.
Key Accountabilities:
Responsible for all training coordination, preparation and logistics
- To liase with other department regarding training nomination and confirmation
- To make proper training arrangement prior to the workshop
- To update training material and training manual periodically
- To type and translate training material as when required
- To prepare and collate periodic reports
- To monitor course attendance and follow up with party concerned
- To prepare and distribute monthly training calendar
- To monitor the booking of all training rooms
- To maintain an up-to-date training record and equipment inventory
- To coordinate with external educational institutions regarding all kind s of external training workshop
- To assist in the departmental trainers’ and trainees’ party preparation, invitation and award presentation
Support all Office Administration work
- To prepare all requisitions for purchases, course payments management fee payment, education subsidy etc.
- To collect sort and distribute all in-coming and out-going memo and correspondence
- Photocopy and distribute training material, meeting agenda and other relevant paperwork
- To maintain and file all relevant documentation in a systematic order and on a regular basis
- To update and distribute on request information regarding courses offered by external education and training organization
- To take regular stock-takes of stationary supplies and order requirements
- To ensure the training room, training equipment and other training asset are in a good condition
- To perform any additional duties as assigned by the Director of L&D Support in creating and promoting an environment where people can grow and thieve
- To support the communication strategy set forth by the Director of L&D
- To propose creative topics and content for the Bulletin Notice Board and maintain a clean and tidy display at all time
- To assist the L&D team in giving adequate orientation and promote the corporate culture including the Peninsula Behavioural Standards and Richey Standards
Key Performance Indicators:
- Good organization of all training programme
- Timely and error-free L&D reports and analysis
- Clear and tidy L&D office record and inventory
- Receipt of positive comments from all levels
Competencies:
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and inter-personal skills
- Strong in computer application such as Photoshop, Excel
- Strong organization and good time management
- People sensitive, independent, mature, enthusiastic and innovative
- Good service quality mindset
- Ability to work under pressure
