老哥，抖音可不是这么玩儿的！

忽如一夜春风来，网上都是短视频！

不知不觉间，网上多了不少短视频，唱歌跳舞讲段子，飙戏健身炫特技……再加上各种跟风模仿，抖音和快手之类的短视频app火爆异常。

就在这两天，抖音的一个小视频又刷爆了朋友圈，不过这可不是什么好事儿。

湖北武汉一位爸爸学“抖音”挑战高难度翻跟头，一个失手没抓住导致2岁宝宝头部着地脊髓受损。网友们看到后炸开了锅，一方面认为爸爸太不靠谱，另一方面认为抖音也应负一定责任。

Dou Yin has hit the headlines for all the wrong reasons. That's because some users, in an attempt to imitate popular pranks and dangerous stunts, have injured themselves and others on their quest for internet fame. In one shocking example, a 2-year-old girl was admitted to Wuhan Children's Hospital with spinal cord injuries after her father threw her up in the air and failed to catch her. According to the doctor, the father was making his daughter perform aerial somersaults in imitation of something he had seen online.

这动作，看着就觉得很危险！

“翻跟头”事件后，尽管家人及时把孩子送到医院，但医生发现女童的脊髓受损，上半身已经无法行动了！目前医院进行了全面治疗，但孩子的伤情能恢复到什么程度还无法预料。

抖音方面给出了回应：提醒用户拍摄视频时注意安全，并表示将上线“风险提示系统”。

In response, Dou Yin has published a statement reminding its users to stay safe while filming, adding that a "risk reminder" system will be implemented in future.

无独有偶，2月底长沙某高校大二学生杨晓芬同样因为模仿抖音里的高难度动作受了伤。

In Changsha, a college student broke her ankle after she and three friends attempted to copy a popular Dou Yin video that showed four people holding hands and spinning around as fast as they could.

然而就在拍视频的时候，杨同学被甩了出去，最后医院诊断为脚踝骨折……

北京圣运律师事务所王优银律师表示，互联网视频平台例如“抖音”APP，对于一些难度大且危险的动作视频，作为平台的管理者，其负有“危险动作，请勿模仿”等安全警示的注意义务。

除了可能导致意外受伤，短视频app上还有不少恶搞作品，受害者们不仅要面对在镜头前被恶搞的尴尬，还有亲朋好友们的嘲弄，以及来自网友的嘲讽。

In addition to the embarrassment of being made fun of on camera, the victims also have to deal with mockery from friends, family and the netizens leaving comments.

这些短视频引发网友不少关注，很多人都表达了自己的顾虑。有些网友认为孩子的安全应该永远放在首位，家长必须严肃对待。另有网友则担心此类短视频平台可能会对用户产生负面影响。

Such stories have triggered a heated debate online, with many people sharing their concerns. Some netizens said that children's safety should always come first and parents must always take it seriously. Others expressed concern at the influence that video-sharing platforms seem to have on people's behavior. 

短视频在中国的火爆可以用现象级来形容，外媒如福布斯网站最近也认真地在关注抖音app。抖音连续多日击败微信、ofo、Faceu等应用，霸占中国App Store榜首。

福布斯网站是这样报道的：

这款app帮助那些平时因害羞而不能拍摄视频的人克服自己的焦虑，app上提供带有影音的视频模版，用户只需跟着模版微笑或四下溜达即可。

The app helps people that would normally be too shy to create their own videos to get over their anxiety by providing video templates with audio and voice tracks where the user only needs to smile or move around.

短视频也就15秒，用户可以用慢动作或者快进来编辑视频。当然，抖音app下载量高居榜首的最大原因在于它让用户感觉更加自信，可以创作或者和朋友们分享生活点滴。

The videos are limited to 15 seconds, and users can edit their videos with slight tweaks like slo-mo or speed up the footage, but the magic that kept Dou Yin in the number one spot for so long was the ability to help users feel confident and enable them to create and share their lives with their friends.

不过，如何规范短视频内容可以说是个国际难题，现在已经被今日头条收购并且和抖音合并的 Musical.ly 也曾在国外大红大紫，不少当红明星都是其用户。

然而，这样一款明星产品，也面临内容问题。

据新闻网站Mashable报道，悉尼一所女校发现该校学生模仿Muscialy.ly上的“色情舞蹈动作”，并发到该app上。此外还发现女学生们身穿校服拍摄小视频，以此来区别他人。

资料显示，用户一般为10-12岁，校服和校徽显而易见，通常只要花费几分钟便能查到学生来自哪个学校。

据报道，Musical.ly发言人称，他们会优先考虑用户的安全。她说：“我们会采取相应的措施，移除app上的不良短视频。如果用户上传的内容不符合规定，在15分钟内会被移除。同时我们会运用电脑自动识别技术，封锁垃圾视频和不符合规范的视频。”

According to a Musical.ly spokesperson, the company prioritises the safety of its users. "We take appropriate measures to expeditiously remove offensive or inappropriate content from the musical.ly app," she added. "When a user flags content as inappropriate, it is removed from the platform within 15 minutes ... We are also implementing machine-learning technology to scan messages to block spam and inappropriate content." 

如此看来，短视频在迅速走红的背后，确实还有很多工作要做啊。
